SGP/EBBR/E25 - Data Incorrect During PM

Right and left air temperatures and top and bottom air temperatures were
incorrect during this period because of the PM work taking place.  
Sensible and latent heat fluxes and Bowen ratio were therefore also 
incorrect.

• Bottom air temperature(temp_air_bottom)
• Top air temperature(temp_air_top)

• Left air temperature(temp_air_left)
• Right air temperature(temp_air_right)

• Surface latent heat flux(latent_heat_flux)
• Bowen ratio(bowen_ratio)
• Top air temperature(temp_air_top)
• Surface sensible heat flux(sensible_heat_flux)
• Bottom air temperature(temp_air_bottom)
