SGP/TWR - CF Tower SE Side T/RH Incorrect

The southeast side carriages were lowered to maintain the GPS repeater.
Temperature, Relative Humidity, and Vapor Pressure data at both the 25
and 60 meter levels on the southeast side of the tower were incorrect
during the period.
