Description:
This DQR applies to ten soundings done during the indicated time periods.  In all cases, 
the operators entered the indoor temperature rather than the outdoor temperature and RH as 
the first point in the sounding.  This distorts the temperature and RH measurements in 
the lowest part of the profile.
Measurements:pyesondewnpnM1.b1:
  • Relative humidity scaled, by total column amount from MWR(rh)
  • Surface dew point temperature(dp)
  • Dry-Bulb Temperature(tdry)

pyelssondeM1.c1:
  • Relative humidity scaled, by total column amount from MWR(rh)
  • Dry-Bulb Temperature(tdry)

Description:
The temperature appears to be approximately 10 degC too high during the entire sounding.  
This also causes the RH to be too low.  Most likely the problem was a bad temperature 
sensor.
