Description:
There are small gaps in the data (1 or 2 minutes) at the top of
each hour due to a bug in the ingest.  Reprocessing will not solve
this problem

Minor data loss.  Data are not recoverable.

During the time period specified the minimum and maximum sky_ir_temp
values for the first record of each hour are swapped with the minimum
being reported as sky_ir_temp_max and the maximum being reported as
sky_ir_temp_min.
