Description:
Testing of the batch of centrovision filters being used in the MFRSR C1 instrument 
indicate that the first four filters leak 'out of band' light. The leakage for each filter is 
(1)415nm 3%, (2)500nm 1-2%, (3)615nm 1-2%, (4)673nm 3%. Acceptable leakage is less than 0.5%.

This leakage causes an error in the irradiance values (too high) at these four wavelengths 
and the optical depths calculated using this data will be too high.

Description:
During this time period the broadband and 500nm channels intermittently reported 
erroneously high values due to a problem with the instruments loggerboard. The other channels were 
unaffected. This problem is sometimes evident as a sudden "step" shift in the values.
