Description:  Testing of the batch of centrovision filters being used in the MFRSR C1 instrument
indicate that the first four filters leak 'out of band' light. The leakage for each filter is
(1)415nm 3%, (2)500nm 12%, (3)615nm 12%, (4)673nm 3%. Acceptable leakage is less than 0.5%.
This leakage causes an error in the irradiance values (too high) at these four wavelengths
and the optical depths calculated using this data will be too high.
