The west side elevator was lowered for maintenance on the PGS system. 25m and 60 m 
datstream data are incorrect during the period.

the 2030 GMT 30 minute data to also be incorrect, and the daily max data to also be 
incorrect.

SGP/THWAPS/C1 - Minor bias in saturation vapor pressure

The saturation vapor correction when temps are below 0C contained an error
in the multiplier.  The incorrect multiplier only equates to an error of
0.01 kPa which is less than the stated uncertainty of the measurement (+/-
0.035 kPa).

SGP/TWR/C1 - 60 M Tower West Side Data Missing

The charger power supply wire was chewed through by rodents and the CR10X battery was weak 
(7 V DC when not under charge).  Thus, when the power supply wire was chewed through, 
the supply voltage immediately dropped to a voltage that was too low to operate the 
dataloggers and they stopped collecting data.  The battery was replaced and the system 
functionality was restored.

This condition was intermittent during the period indicated.
