Description:
During darkness, there appears to be a green light on the ground about 7 meters from the 
tower the camera is pointing at.  We have deduced that this is, in fact, a reflection of a 
LED behind the camera in its housing.  This spring, the camera will be slid forward 
towards the enclosure window eliminating this reflection.

Since the images are of minimal use during darkness, this DQR is being submitted to 
explain the existence of the reflection.
