      exceeding the specified maximum value.  Lower values of RH may be
      within tolerances.  On 7 NOV 96 during the 6-month Sensor Verifications,
      the T/RH sensor reported a value of 31% RH that agreed with the reference
      within specified tolerances.  The probe continued to report values which
      exceeded 104% and was replaced on 11 FEB 97 at 1930 GMT.  Reported
      values since then appear to be within tolerances.
