The analog output of the CO2/H2O sensor was not being properly acquired by the sonic or 
the data acquisition system. 

CO2 and latent heat fluxes were therefore incorrect.  All other measurements
were correct.

NIM/AERI/M1 - IRTs do not agree with AERI

Description:
Since deployment at PYE, and then at NIM, the AMF SKYRAD IRT measured about 10K higher sky 
temperatures than the AERI and the MWRP IRT measured about 20K higher than the AERI.  
Several actions were taken to diagnose the problem including confirming the correct 
configuration of the IRTs and data logger, cleaning the mirror and lens, and replacing the mirror.

After several days of rain beginning 6/2/2006, the three instruments came into agreement. 
It is unknown whether this was a problem with the AERI, MWRP-IRT or SKYRAD-IRT.

Description:
The flow bypass valve failed which routed flow through the bypass line rather than through 
the instruments. The bypass line was capped the next day on 3/22. The valve was replaced 
on 4/19. Data is considered unusable during the time between the valve failure on 3/22 
and the capping of the flow line on 3/23.

Description:
A wire came loose in the ball valve that switches between the two impactor size cuts. The 
impactor was stuck on the sub 10 micron size cut during this period of time. There was no 
data from the sub 1 micron size cut during this time. The flags in the edited data will
