Description:
A shading problem, first noticeable on 20060517 in the afternoon, occurred.  Several 
maintenance attempts to resolve the problem were made without success.  The issue was finally 
resolved on 20061017.  During the period covered by this DQR, do not use data after 1700 
UTC.
