Description:
During this period, the MMCR at Darwin was cannibalized routinely to keep the Manus and 
Nauru MMCRs operational.  The largest downtime during this period was due to the 
replacement and repair of the antenna.  During attempts to "rebuild" the MMCR, data files may have 
been generated that are of no use.
