When the IRT was moved from the MWR to a dedicated data logger, the wrong serial number 
was entered.

There are small gaps in the data (1 or 2 minutes) at the top of
each hour due to a bug in the ingest.  Reprocessing will not solve
this problem

Minor data loss.  Data are not recoverable.
