Description:
Following a 13 day outage, data collection resumed with incorrect calibration coefficients 
for the shortwave instruments.  The correct calibrations were applied beginning 20070531 
at 1752GMT.  Longwave data were unaffected.

To back out data with incorrect shortwave cal coefficients perform the following 
conversions on each 1 minute data element:
Downwelling Diffuse Shortwave (8-48): DD(cor) = DD*(113.61/113.56)
Upwelling Shortwave :  US(cor) = US*(115.72/112.78)
Direct Normal : DN(cor) = DN * (121.56/120.14)
Downwelling Shortwave : DS(cor) = DS * (121.73/120.87)

Description:
A blown tracker fuse resulted in incorrect down_short_diffuse_hemisp (8-48) and 
short_direct_normal (NIP) data. The other instruments on this tracker still reported good data 
during this time.
