Description:
During the site visit, the technician found the MWR laptop was powered off for unknown 
reasons and the instrument had returned to its home position of 0 degrees azimuth. The 
laptop was restarted and the MWR returned to its normal alignment of 270 degrees azimuth.

The radiometer at this site was removed to be shipped to the TWP C3 site. The radiometer 
currently at E14 will be sent to this site. Data will be missing until the replacement
