The cosine of the solar zenith angle does not appear to be correct in the
netCDF files.  This variable is shifted in time by about two hours with
respect to the other variables; the time registration of the other variables
looks fine.  Why only one variable got shifted is a mystery, but at least the
important, radiometric data appear not to be shifted.
