Description:
The 1twr25m_temp data stream remained constant (data looks stepped) at varying intervals 
and appears erroneous when compared with the other twr measurements. 

The problem was only severe for the time period indicated. This behavior has been seen 
before and since, but usually not this severe.

It has a small effect on the calculated vapor pressure.
