are 0 or 1 only. The description is also reversed. A value of 1 indicates the instrument 
is operating stably.

Description:
The CCN appears to be within approximately 15 minutes of the CPC, but the analysis is not 
good enough to say for certain. An attempt was made to correlate the CCN data with the 
CPC data to try to determine the time on this set of CCN data. The data appears to 
correlate roughly, but due to the nature of the CCN's scan a determination of the difference in 
the peaks of the CCN and CPC data could not be determined.
