Data quality may be improved slightly after reprocessing for some sensible and latent heat 
flux values as input data from the ECOR instrument will be replaced with data from from

The VAP code is not correctly handling the situation when the number of sites changes 
within a month for the OKM and KAM data. This is impacting some of the fields in the 
ARMBE2DGRID data.
