Description:
SKYRAD IRT sky temperature measurements were ~40K too low. The analog output configuration 
of the IRT was automatically set to incorrect values by the serial collection script. An 
error in the name of the startup file was corrected.

The data were reprocessed to correct the configuration/calibration and the reprocessed 
data were archived in February, 2014.

Description:
During the DQR time period, the CR3000 program had correct serial numbers and calibration 
coefficients for the PIR1-DIR and PIR2-DIR datalogger channels:  PIR1 SN34303, 
calibration coefficient K1= 0.247520; PIR2 SN34306, calibration coefficient K1=0.230410.
PIR SN34306 (on sun tracker) was used with K1= 0.247520 on the PIR1-DIR datalogger 
channel; K1=0.230410 should be used for reprocessing to provide correct data for PIR1-DIR 
parameters.
PIR SN34303 (on sun tracker) was used with K1= 0.230410 on the PIR2-DIR datalogger 
channel; K1=0.247520 should be used for reprocessing to provide correct data for PIR2-DIR 
parameters.
