An issue occurred with the GPS antenna. Before troubleshooting could commence, several 
power outages and severe weather precluded the onsite technicians from performing work on 
the system. It was determined that, once again, the GPS cable became loose and lost 
connection to the ground station. The cable was tightened and the system returned to service.

Due to a electronic failure of the GPS bullet antenna, the data within the reported 
timeframe is missing.  Launches could not take place without a fully functional antenna.  
Damage appears to be from screw within the antenna dome which worked its way loose due to wind 
vibrations and shorted out the electronics inside the antenna dome.
