SGP/ARMBESTNS/X1 - Reprocessed and Corrected: Will change ECOR input to QCECOR

DATA REPROCESSED and CORRECTED: 

The ARMBESTNS data was reprocessed with improved sensible and latent heat flux values. 
Input data from the ECOR instrument was replaced by the QCECOR Value-added product which 
applies more stringent automated quality checks on the eddy correlation data.

The reprocessing task will also provide the following variable name changes:
latent_heat_flux_ecor will become latent_heat_flux_qcecor
sensible_heat_flux_ecor will become sensible_heat_flux_qcecor
lat_ecor will become lat_qcecor
lon_ecor will become lon_qcecor
alt_ecor will become alt_qcecor
stn_ecor will become stn_qcecor

Data quality may be improved slightly after reprocessing for some sensible and latent heat 
flux values as input data from the ECOR instrument will be replaced with data from from 
the QCECOR Value-added product. The QCECOR VAP applies more stringent automated quality 
checks on the eddy correlation data.

SGP/ARMBESTNS/X1 - Reprocess: OKM and KSU Mesonet Data Error

The VAP code is not correctly handling the situation when the number of sites changes 
within a month for the OKM and KAM data. Use the OKM and KAM data with caution.
