Description:
The site is relatively close to a treeline to the west.  In the late afternoon the sun 
sets below the trees.  Depending on "your" point-of-view this is either just a feature of 
the data with this site, or it's a problem to be identified and dealt with.  Affected data 
varies, but is typically about the last 30 minutes before the sun descends below the 
mythical horizon.
