Measurements are suspect due to evidence that the factory calibration for volumetric water 
content (VWC) measurements are insufficient for conditions at the site. Specifically for 
periods in which values are 9999999, indicates that the factory calibration of bulk 
permittivity to calculate VWC is not applicable. Soil bulk permittivity was not ingested for 
this period, so no back analysis is feasible.
