Description:
The transmitted_energy dropped from normal values of ~10,000 J to ~800 J and the 
beta_a_backscatter profiles were incorrect. This continued until 8/20/2013 when the values 
returned to expected values. The beta_a_backscatter profile were in "In Port" mode on 8/22/2013. 
With no structure in the return.

The laser diode shut off due to an overheat condition.  It was remedied by a full power 
off and restart.

Description:
The ship was in port during these periods and the measurements may be affected by various 
sources (overhead cranes, anthropogenic sources, etc).

Note: Dates and times were found by looking at the NAV datastream.  The standard deviation 
of pitch, roll, and surge velocity were used to determine when the ship was slowing down 
to enter port or speeding up to leave port.  Thresholds used; pitch (0.01), roll (0.01), 
surge velocity (3.0)
