Description:	A heater malfunctioned and overheated the IRT causing it to fail. [The datalogger was using the wrong multiplier and offset. The values used were 26 K/V and 173.2 K, respectively (same as SKYRAD), but the correct values are 25 K/V and 223.2 K, respectively.]
