Instrument removed from site due to failed 532 nm laser.  An upgrade to a higher power 532 
nm laser has been approved and is being installed/retrofitted at the manufacturer (DMT). 
 Data collection will resume after the instrument is returned to SGP.  Until this time 
there is no data since the instrument is not physically at the site.
