DATA REPROCESSED and CORRECTED: 

The signs of the mean_doppler_velocity field values were incorrect. The ARM convention for 
this field is that positive velocities indicate motion away from the radar. However, the 
velocity data in earlier files have their signs reversed, so that motion TOWARD the 
radar has a positive sign.

The mean_doppler_velocity field was multiplied by -1 to correct this, and now velocity 
data indicates motion away from the radar.

The data was were archived March 2017. Please retrieve the modified data for use in your 
analysis
