southerly wind directions.

EBBR fluxes for northerly directions (from grass) were consistent with the ECOR measured 
fluxes.

The EBBR AEM was raised on 2 Aug 2016 and fluxes from southerly directions have been 
similar to those from the ECOR since then.

The wrong data logger program (for unit 6) was loaded into the E9 EBBR, instead of the 
correct program (for unit 15). This happened for two periods: 11/19/2015 1730 - 12/28/2015 
0600 and 06/01/2016 1830 - 12/14/2016 1630. 

This affects a number of measurements, but the effect on the primary variables sensible 
and latent heat fluxes was within the measurement uncertainty. 

Reprocessing of the measurements would be very complicated, as we would have to back out 
through polynomials, etc.  Since the effect on the sensible and latent heat fluxes is 
within the measurement uncertainty, the effort required for re-processing doesn't justify the 
time and expense of doing it.
