AWR/LDIS/MET/S1 - Precipitation Measurements Suspect

Analysis of the PARS2 and the PWD precipitation data indicate that the results are 
suspect, possibly due to frost/blowing snow.  Both instruments reported precipitation for a 
majority of the days.

The TSI movies were reviewed and the days of noticeable precipitation are:

The sky filter thresholds for determining fractional sky cover were incorrect.

AWR/CEIL/S1 - Reprocess: Incorrect averaging_inverval global attribute

When the ceilometer software was changed from CT-View to CL-View, several firmware 
configuration changes were made to the model CT25K for consistency with the CL31 at other sites, 
including the data acquisition interval which was changed from 15 to 16 seconds. 
However, the global attribute "averaging_interval" in the ceil datastream was not changed.

AWR/TSI/S1 - Reprocess: Global attribute units incorrect for cam_mir_dist

The global attribute cam_mir_dist was converted incorrectly. The raw 
camera.mirror.distance, in inches, was multiplied by 10 and assigned a unit of mm.
