The hardware configuration of the W-band receiver was corrupted and the data were 
saturated. The K-band readings were constantly zero. The vendor suspects a failure of the noise 
diode. 

On 10/9/2013 a spare K-band receiver was installed and on 10/31 the settings of the W-band 
receiver were restored.
